internet not working and config says your phone not supported gprs

it is a grat mobile iand i am using this more than 8 months but some one creat pasword on every thing and he forgets it so please help me how i can remove this?

or what is its restore code?plz tell me all my data my numbers are imn this and i can not access to it.....

mega gate is just wahoooooooooooo..is ka camera ka result best hain mje digital cam lene ke he need nai...sms b 1000 ahjate hain...net b lush chalta hain ...bluetooth nokia ke tara fast hain...aur touch best hain ..main ne qmobile soap leya tha wo bej ke mega gate lyea aur mje mega gate ka touch best laga ...kweeeeeeeeel ...its nt china,,is main hum sms per memory card per aur phonebook per b lock laga sakte hain

Bluetooth is not working properly, specially when transferring file.
