1) Can the phone use Google Play

2) Can the phone use Pokemon Go

3) Can the phone rum on Verizon networks (US)

4) Can the phone run 4g on Verizon networks (US)

Yes for your first 3 Questions. Not sure for last one. These bands are supported for 4G 3(1800), 5(850), 40(2300).
